Everything hates me again

So now that my car and laptop are back in working order (knock on fake wood)... of course something else has to go wrong.

So sometime between noon and 5:30 yesterday, I lost my keys. Which of course meant I lost along with them, my student ID, drivers license, and credit card. I also managed to cross about 3 different campuses in that time... so I've narrowed down where my keys might be... which is anywhere between Oldenborg - Pomona and Humanities - Scripps.

Upon realizing that my keys were missing at 5:30 right after a chinese / japanese languages open house party, I decided to take out my cell phone and start calling around to see who might know where my keys would be. Then I hung out for a while with false hopes of the rain letting up, gave up and made my way back to scripps.

Somewhere along the way I must have dropped my cell phone in failed attempts to jump over puddles, half way over which I would remember I was wearing a skirt and had no real hope of keeping my feet / shoes / hem of skirt dry. I went back to my room, stalked someone until they let me into the building, called an RA on duty, got in to my room and got fined god knows how much in order to change and try to drive out to see if I could locate my phone.

Oh and pissed off my neighbor with whom I have an off and on relationship with my less than courteous reply to "oh, you should go and try to find it (my cellphone)."

Anyways I think my cell phone has been sacrificed to the gods of storm drains, and the only good new there was that I needed a new one, preferably one that didn't call my dad from inside my bag thus convincing him I'd been kidnapped and couldn't talk, so he'd end up listening to 20 minute long messages left by my backpack.

Anyways, I don't know who I pissed off to get such bad luck lately, but I'm hoping it won't extend to my interview tomorrow...

Wish me luck,
-N

ps. let me know if you see my keys. Look for obnoxiously bright green thingi attached to a key and a fish.
